Come see how our famously rich, old-fashioned ice cream is made, right where it happens. Fentons Creamery’s Arctic Tour is a fun, behind-the-scenes experience that mixes creamery history with a first-hand look at our production process.

What You’ll Experience

Most tours last about 30 minutes and include:

  • A quick look at the history of Fentons Creamery

  • A visit into the ice cream production room to watch ice cream being made

  • A stop in our Blast Freezer, where true Arctic temperatures exist

  • Time for treats (depending on the tour package you choose)

Includes Official Soda Jerk Hat, Arctic Tour Sticker, and sample ice cream
$8.95 (no tax or tip)

Arctic Tour + Kid’s Dish of Ice Cream (end of tour)
$14.95 + tax & tip

Arctic Tour + Kid’s Sundae (end of tour)
$19.95 + tax & tip

Arctic Tour + Kid’s Lunch + Kid’s Sundae

Tour Times and Availability

  • Tours generally do not occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Tours start between 11:00–11:30 AM only.

  • Call for availability and to get your date on the calendar.

Group Requirements and Guidelines

To keep the tour safe and smooth, please review the requirements below:

  • Minimum group size: 8 people

  • Maximum per tour: 12 people (larger groups are welcome and will be split into multiple tours)

  • Ages: 6 and up only (babies are not allowed in the production room due to safety regulations)

  • Lunch tours: meals must be selected in advance

  • Billing: all charges (tour and any meals after) are billed to a single check

  • Paperwork: a Fentons Creamery Reservation Form must be completed and returned to a manager in advance

  • Deposit: a credit card deposit must be obtained and kept on file
