"This is where I learned the fine art of eating at the counter. Mom and Dad took the three of us (kids), and the Little League and basketball teams would go there, too. We'd have triple-thick chocolate milkshakes and crab sandwiches. You could watch the waiters and waitresses craft these incredible sundaes and shakes so thick they'd just about blow a fuse on the mixer. It was worth every one of those 5,000 calories."
